GENERAL EVENT QUESTIONS
Where will Rosh Hashanah take place?
The event will take place at the Intercontinental Tel Aviv (David Tel Aviv). However, due to logistical reasons, students registering for the entire holiday (Rosh Hashanah thru Yom Kippur) will stay at the Intercontinental. Students registering only for Rosh Hashanah or only for Yom Kippur will be staying next door at the Dan Panorama.

What meals are included in each package?
3 Night Package includes 11 meals:
2 meals on 9/12
3 meals on 9/13
3 meals on 9/14
3 meals on 9/15
Combo includes the above meals, plus breakfast on non-holiday days, and 2 meals during Yom Kippur.
Where will meals take place? Will the group be together?
Every meal will take place at both the InterContinental Tel Aviv and the Dan Panorama.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
50% refund will be given until August 6th- no refund after August 6th.
Is there a specific date that I need to register by?
20% Discount ends after August 6th and space is limited, registration after August 1st can not be guaranteed.
How many participants are you expecting?
We are expecting approximately 2500 to 3000 total attendees.

What are my payment options?
All payments must be made by credit card, wire transfer or money order.
Can I make a partial payment?

LODGING
Where will our lodging be booked?
Your lodging will be booked at either the Intercontinental Tel Aviv or the Dan Panorama, depending on which package you sign up for. If you sign up for the full combo, you will be staying at the Intercontinental, and if you wish to stay for only part of the event, you will be assigned to the Dan Panorama.
What types of beds are in the hotel rooms?
You can either request one king bed or two single beds. Maximum number of adults in one room is 2.

Are suites available?
Yes, a limited number of suites are available. And for the first time we are offering a club level registration which includes an ocean view room.
Is the hotel handicapped accessible?
Yes.
What are the check in and check out times?
Both Hotels:
Check in is at 2:00pm
Check out is 12:00pm
Is there an additional cost for early arrival or late departures?
Yes, you will be responsible for paying any additional fees for early arrival and late departure at the time of check out.
ROOMMATE PAIRING
I would like to pay a double room rate, but don’t know of anyone to room with. Will you pair me with someone?
We strongly suggest that you find someone from your center to room with at the event. However, if you are unable to, we can place you in a pool for roommate pairings. At the event, we will pair you with someone of the same gender and exact arrival and departure dates. Smoking preference will not be considered. However, if we are unable to match the exact arrival/departure dates, you will be responsible for paying the single rate for any days you occupy the room alone.

Will you have pre-arranged tours/activities?
Yes. You may register for our Giant Steps: Kabbalistic Energy Tours.
Will there be a program for children offered? What does it cost?
There will be a Kids Camp during Rosh Hashanah for children 4 to 12 years of age. There is no additional cost. If you are interested, please complete the Kids Camp enrollment form during registration.
TRAVEL/TRANSPORTATION
Are you offering group air reservations? If so, who do I call?
All reservations are on your own.
What airport do I fly into?
Ben Gurion.
How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
Buses and shuttles will be offered from the airport to the hotel, subject to availability.
If there is no complimentary transportation, taxi fare is approximately $30 USD.
