MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN

The payment plan is designed for credit card payments ONLY. Only one credit card may be used. Those participating in the payment plan will be charged a $50 fee.

Your payments will be divided equally based on the number of months you have booked in advance (i.e., if you register on June 15th, you will be charged ¼ on June 15th, ¼ on July 1st, ¼ on August 1st, and ¼ on September 1st). Payments will be charged on the 1st of each month. If you selected a payment plan, please note that suites cannot be guaranteed, nor can lodging reservations at the primary hotel. Hotel reservations will be submitted after final payment on September 1st. Special lodging requested will be based on availability at the time the reservation is submitted.
